Your Profile:

Your Responsibilities:
Guide on-site field personnel to ensure high-quality installations.

Uphold strict compliance with company policies, including safety regulations.

Deliver training, constructive feedback, and coaching to employees.

Monitor and assess employee productivity.

Ensure timely completion of project deadlines.

Prepare and submit Quality Assurance Reports.

Facilitate ongoing communication between management and field teams.

Travel to various job sites on a daily basis.

Troubleshoot and maintain sensor equipment.

Operate company vehicles and ATVs.

Transport equipment to project locations.

Assist with operational support tasks as required.

Qualifications:
What You Bring:
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.

Familiarity with commercial tree fruit operations and a background in agriculture.

A valid driver's license with no significant infractions in the past five years.

A flexible work schedule.

A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field.

Experience with low voltage electronics.

Bi-lingual capabilities.
