Key Responsibilities:
- Train and coach employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting their goals.
- Hold team members accountable for their performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure that all team members are providing fast and friendly service to customers.
- Staff and schedule employees to control labor costs and ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
- Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed and that all inventory and ordering processes are accurate and efficient.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
