Key Responsibilities
  • Companionship: Engage clients through conversation, activities, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments while assisting with medication reminders.
  • Personal Care: Provide essential personal care services, including meal preparation, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, encouraging physical activity, and grooming.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and communicate any concerns or changes in clients' conditions to the office and care team to ensure optimal health and well-being.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience in caregiving for seniors or adults
  • Demonstrated warmth and compassion for those in your care
  • Effective communication skills and ability to perform assigned tasks
  • Completion of background checks and health screenings
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to assist with personal care tasks

Preferred Skills: While certification is not required, we offer competitive pay for those with CNA, HHA, or DSP certifications and relevant experience.
