As a Dental Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives and contribute to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the clinical needs of patients and doctors
- Assist during various treatment procedures
- Take dental x-rays and prepare instruments for use
- Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow
- Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies
- Complete denture soft relines and manufacture temporary crowns
- Perform quality impressions and bite registrations
- Support patient charting for doctors
- Perform various office tasks as necessary
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice
