Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operator II to join our team at Nature's Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of Packaging Machines: Monitor and operate packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Product Placement and Inspection: Verify the proper placement of products in packaging and inspect for quality and accuracy.
  • Basic Machine Operation: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks on packaging equipment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure packaging quality and accuracy for each order, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on packaging and inventory management.
  • Skills: Familiarity with operating and maintaining packaging equipment, knowledge of food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, and proficiency in using ERP systems to track material usage.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
