We are seeking a highly skilled Dish Preparation Specialist to join our team at Garden Plaza at Lawrenceville. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload the dishwasher
- Hand wash and scrub pots, pans, utensils, and items not suitable for commercial dishwashing machines
- Assist with daily cleaning tasks, including the walk-in refrigerator, stock room, ovens, sinks, and floors
- Record temperatures of the dish machine daily to ensure proper sanitation levels
- Remove trash and replace trash bags as needed
- Provide support with serving duties when required
- Deliver meals to residents' rooms
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum age 18 years old (OSHA requirement)
- Prior food services experience preferred
