Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Ecumen is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Chateau Waters Community in Sartell. As a CNA, you will provide personal care and designated health-related services to our residents, following the direction of the nursing staff and adhering to individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with treatments and activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, ambulation, and transferring.
  • Administer medications as delegated by the RN.
  • Provide physical care to residents, including monitoring vital signs and providing Range of Motion exercises.
  • Respond to safety hazards, call lights, and requests for assistance.
  • Report changes in resident condition, behavior, and level of independent functioning to the nurse.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility.
