Physical Therapist Job Description

MedAdventures is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at one of our largest Skilled Nursing Facility partners in the Ambler, PA area.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess residents to determine their need for physical therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with facility staff.
  • Communicate treatment objectives and progress to caregivers, family members, and residents.
  • Complete all necessary documentation within designated time frames.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $60.00.

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, day shift.
