Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries, and participating in marketing efforts to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer phones, and assess customer needs in a positive manner.
  • Answering Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing Efforts: Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the brand and drive sales.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory management, and store appearance.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail environments and customer service.
