Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
- Diagnose production issues swiftly and identify root causes with effective solutions.
- Rapidly learn various applications to enhance features and maintain them over time.
- Simplify complex topics for junior developers to foster understanding and skill development.
- Lead Backlog Refinement sessions to prioritize and estimate tasks.

Capgemini Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the Application & Cloud Technology practice to fulfill the following duties:
- Partner with your practice manager to assist in crafting sales proposals relevant to your expertise.
- Continuously enhance your professional skills through training and certification opportunities.
- Participate in candidate interviews as needed.
- Engage in practice and unit activities such as meetings, hackathons, and social events.
- Mentor assigned individuals within the practice.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven experience leading software development teams of 3-6 members.
- Strong proficiency in Python, React, Serverless Development (AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions), and SQL.
- Experience with Typescript is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS CDK is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
