Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Supervisor to join our team at Las Virgenes Unified School District. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our campus, providing support to students, staff, and parents, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students, staff, and parents to ensure a safe and respectful campus environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement, motivation, and academic success.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to plan and implement educational programs and activities.
- Provide guidance and support to students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities and English language learners.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of student behavior, attendance, and academic progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a school setting, preferably in a supervisory or administrative role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
