Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to clients on an individual basis in the office, in their homes, and in community settings.
  • Assess clients' physical health symptoms and respond to treatment changes.
  • Manage and administer medication, including pharmacy coordination and insurance navigation.
  • Provide medication and health education to clients and families.
  • Conduct holistic and comprehensive medical assessments with the team.
  • Develop, write, implement, evaluate, and revise treatment goals and plans in collaboration with clients and the team.
  • Act as a liaison and consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for crisis intervention and support.
  • Document client progress to maintain a permanent record of client activity.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with New York License.
  • Minimum one year of psychiatric nursing experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a clinical psychiatric environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
  • Dependability and responsiveness.
Salary and Benefits

Min $80,000 | Mid $90,000 | Max $100,000
