Position Overview
This role is for an MRI Imaging Specialist at a reputable healthcare facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations in accordance with physician directives.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate MRI scanners and related equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and patient safety.
- Monitor patients throughout the imaging process, providing support and care as needed.
- Utilize radiographic supplies, including contrast agents, while adhering to safety protocols established by the department.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the examination area.

Work Schedule
This position offers two full-time shifts:
- Evening Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM with on-call duties.
- Day Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM with on-call duties.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $28.00 and $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additional incentives include:
- Sign-on bonus of $7,500 for candidates with 2+ years of experience or up to $3,500 in loan forgiveness with a two-year commitment.

Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree required; graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
- Certification: Must hold Radiologic Technologist certification and BLS Healthcare Provider certification. MR certification is required within one year of completing competency exams.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Radiology and 2 years in MRI is preferred.
