We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Postdoctoral Research Scientist to join our Virology Team and contribute to the development of innovative vaccines and therapeutics against emerging viral pathogens.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute experiments to advance our understanding of mucosal immune responses generated by our RNA vaccine platform.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities to leverage our RNA vaccine platform against emerging respiratory pathogens.
- Lead key pre-clinical studies to advance candidate therapeutics towards human clinical trials.
- Ph.D. in Virology, Immunology, Vaccinology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant industry or postdoctoral experience.
- Expertise in mucosal immunology techniques, including but not limited to: multiparameter flow cytometry, histology, ELISA, ELISpot, and intracellular cytokine staining.
- Experience with virology and respiratory viruses, with a strong preference for expertise in influenza virus.
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot scientific problems with appropriately designed experimentation.
- Scientific creativity, collaborative ability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
