We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Plasma Center Technician to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service to our donors, answering phones and greeting visitors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
