Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a home health setting. As a Physical Therapist with MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop a comprehensive treatment plan to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop a personalized treatment plan.
  • Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy interventions and education, to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a home health or similar setting.
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
