Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance department, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Assign and prioritize tasks for shop personnel, ensuring maximum productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections of trucks to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Manage inventory and order parts as needed.
  • Process work orders and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CNG systems, brake systems, hydraulic ram systems, and electrical systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the refuse industry with CNG and A/C systems.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
