Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at iCIMS Organic ZipApply. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in Mixology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume bartending environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
