Job Overview

Compensation:

$60,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate law office operations by drafting subpoenas and liaising with process servers.
  • Conduct client interviews to collect pertinent information regarding their legal matters.
  • Support attorneys in the preparation of legal documentation, including pleadings and correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, and legal briefs.
  • Assist in trial preparation by researching legal articles, organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and filing necessary motions.
  • Maintain an organized case filing system to ensure all documents are easily accessible, along with other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, with an Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Preference for candidates with paralegal professional certification or advanced education in paralegal studies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal services under the supervision of an attorney in a law firm environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in writing and grammar are required.
