Position Summary:
The role involves the fabrication, assembly, and dispatch of high-quality product samples to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Notify the team leader when stock levels are below the required thresholds.
  • Cut, fabricate, and assemble all necessary components to create finished product samples.
  • Prepare literature, binders, and color rings for inclusion with sample requests.
  • Dispatch all samples as requested by the sales team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Duties:
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver a high-quality product.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments across the organization.
  • Assist in the training of new employees within the sample department.
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to distinguish colors accurately.
  • Proficient in using power tools and hand tools.
  • Basic mathematical skills and the ability to read a ruler.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to obtain forklift/power lift certification.
Reporting Structure:
  • This position reports directly to the Sample Team Leader.
  • Facilitate communication between various departments within the organization.
Authority:
  • Empowered to halt production for quality or safety compliance issues.
  • Support adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Report any non-conforming materials or safety violations to management.
Work Schedule:
  • Standard hours are Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
