We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Builders FirstSource. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide product information and general store knowledge to customers, directing them to product pick-up points as needed.
- Process transactions accurately, making change, verifying credit cards and checks, and balancing receipts.
- Assist with pricing and stocking inventory, display preparation and maintenance, and participate in annual physical inventory activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of related experience. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
