- Annual salary range: $58,000.00 - $84,000.00 based on experience

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and industrial environments.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
- Utilize technology for logging maintenance activities and tracking time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding service issues and customer feedback.
- Maintain tools and equipment necessary for the role.
- Preferred possession of an EPA License for refrigerant handling.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
- Successful completion of background and drug tests.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
