This role is situated within a Community Mental Health Center, focusing on the treatment of children and adolescents. The position entails working with a diverse patient demographic, maintaining a balanced caseload of both younger patients and adults.

Work Schedule:
The position offers a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week with no on-call responsibilities. Initial evaluations are allocated one and a half hours, while follow-up medication checks are scheduled for thirty minutes.

There is an opportunity for involvement in educational initiatives and research collaborations with esteemed institutions, enhancing professional development.

Team Structure:
The facility boasts a supportive environment with a dedicated team comprising three psychiatrists and six psychiatric nurse practitioners, alongside a robust support staff and therapists. Additionally, primary care services are available through a physician and several nurse practitioners.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $300,000 and $330,000. Comprehensive benefits include a continuing medical education allowance, a pension plan with a 4% match, paid time off, and health and dental insurance options.
