Job Overview

SUMMARY: Responsible for conducting Quality Assurance Inspections for both vacant and occupied residential units, ensuring compliance with company standards and expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(The employee may perform any combination of the essential functions listed below. This position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge, or abilities associated with this classification, but aims to accurately reflect the principal job elements).

· Review and comprehend daily schedules and instructions, report any deficiencies, and maintain regular communication with the Supervisor throughout the day.

· Conduct various types of inspections (Pre-Move Out, Move Out, New Unit, Final, and/or Return). Address issues and/or communicate defects to the Synergy Office that exceed the ability to rectify.

· Handle the delivery and pickup of miscellaneous service requests.

· Manage keys, remotes, and FOBs that are issued or assigned.

· Perform light cleaning tasks in apartments as necessary (dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal).

· Inspect furniture and report any items requiring exchange or perform minor touch-ups and tightening.

· Assess electronics to ensure that internet modems, cable boxes, and phones are functioning properly.

· Operate delivery vehicles safely and courteously, ensuring the vehicle is safe for operation and has all necessary fluids (gasoline, oil, water, etc.) before loading.

· Maintain a fully stocked inspection kit (backpack) and utilize its contents appropriately.

· Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.

· Adhere to safety protocols, operate equipment, and perform job-related duties in a safe manner.

· Accurately document daily activities using electronic forms and submit them upon completion.

· Attend cable technician appointments to ensure successful installation and troubleshooting as requested.

· May assist in training new employees.

· Provide support with warehouse duties as needed.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong verbal communication skills in English are required.

· Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly preferred.

· Ability to operate power and hand-held cleaning equipment.

· Proficiency in general mathematics.

· Ability to engage in verbal communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers.

· Capability to communicate via mobile devices.

· Familiarity with GPS or map reading.

· Must report to work in a clean, company-approved uniform.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism, whether working independently or within a team.

· Availability to work overtime or weekends as required at the discretion of management.
