Cumberland Home & Hearth is seeking a dedicated Propane Delivery Driver. In this role, you will play a vital part in our operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of propane to both commercial and residential customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing exceptional service. You should be prepared to tackle a variety of challenges daily while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently loads, transports, and delivers propane throughout the year, servicing both commercial and residential tanks.
- Conducts vehicle inspections and oversees routine maintenance to ensure operational safety.
- Adheres to all DOT, federal, state, and local regulations and safety protocols.
- Participates in on-call rotation for emergency deliveries or responses during off-hours and weekends.
- Delivers outstanding customer service to enhance client relationships.
- Possession of a Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
- Maintains a clean driving record.
- Current DOT medical certification is necessary.
- Capable of managing a physically demanding workload.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
