About the Role

Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Rapport and Communicate Effectively

Establish strong relationships with store associates and management through daily communication and education on the features and benefits of our clients' brands and product lines.

Execute Merchandising Tasks

Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, following all provided instructions to maintain accuracy and high quality of work.

Maintain Quality and Accuracy

Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and consistently deliver above-average project execution compliance.

Communicate Daily Progress

Communicate daily progress and sales opportunities to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager, reporting specific requests, needs, and sales opportunities.

Utilize Handheld Device

Have a detailed knowledge of all company policies and utilize all available functions of the handheld device.

Maintain Confidentiality

Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Lifting and Mobility

Must be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.

Work Schedule

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalency certification required. Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Travel and Transportation

Valid driver's license required as travel to additional locations may be necessary. Automobile liability insurance required to be maintained.
