About the Position

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to work as part of our dedicated outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and be committed to upholding Legacy's Values in Action guidelines.

  • Competitive annual salary: $285,000 to $305,000 with a two-year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE)
  • Additional opportunities for productivity and quality incentives
  • Flexible scheduling options: 0.60-1.00 FTE, with 3-4 day workweeks for better work-life balance
  • $3,500 annual CME allowance, including 40 hours of CME

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of patient care from clinical history review to diagnosis and treatment. Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team, maintain your patient panel, and share call coverage for the clinic. Uphold Legacy's Values in Action guidelines.

Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • MD or DO with a four-year medical school or equivalent
  • Completion of internal or family medicine residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
  • Current Oregon state medical license, DEA certificate, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
