Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines
- Degree in Nursing or related field; Advanced Practice Certification as a Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Specialist (RNFA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
