At Hunter Mountain, we're passionate about helping people discover the joy of skiing and snowboarding. As a ski or snowboard instructor, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of winter sports enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support the snow sports school with tasks such as scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
- Provide feedback that inspires and motivates guests to continue improving their skills
- Must be comfortable and competent skiing or riding on groomed blue terrain
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate of $20
