Job Title: Travel Healthcare Specialist - ICU RN Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Travel Healthcare Specialist in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a reputable healthcare facility. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and work collaboratively to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient care and safety standards in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Perform clinical skills such as vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- BSN or higher degree from an accredited nursing program
- 1+ years of experience in ICU setting
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
