Our ideal candidate is someone who is deeply committed to animal care, highly driven, and attentive to detail. Our Veterinary Technicians are essential to our team, collaborating closely with our Veterinarians (DVMs) during procedures. A full-time role entails working between 30-40 hours weekly.
Responsibilities include supporting veterinarians to ensure high-quality veterinary services, advocating for pets, and educating clients.
In every hospital operation, assist veterinarians and the medical team to enhance productivity and maintain a smooth patient flow.
Participate in surgeries and procedures in accordance with your state's Veterinary Practice Act for credentialed veterinary technicians.

Engage with clients regarding specific pet health issues and provide guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments.

Aid in maintaining thorough and accurate medical records with the assistance of practice systems.
Gather relevant health history and information from clients and manage medical charts.
Employ safe restraint techniques, adhere to standard protocols, and maintain clean, organized treatment areas, examination rooms, and laboratories.
Previous veterinary experience is a prerequisite.
