Ried Bakery & Confectionery is a renowned bakery and confectionery that requires a highly skilled Baker/Bakery Master to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production of high-quality baked goods and confectionery products
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
  • Supervise and train junior staff members
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and ordering supplies
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Baker/Bakery Master in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
