Shelby Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Responsibilities- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, or policy
