We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Havenwood of Minnetonka. As a key member of our Community Culinary Services Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our residents.

• Prepare and serve menu cycle programs that meet nutritional and dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of sanitation and operational organization.
• Exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency, demonstrating knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving of meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Evaluate food service quality, quantity, temperature, and appearance, making revisions to operations and procedures as needed.

• High school diploma required; culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year restaurant or senior living cooking experience.
• PT hours up to 30 hours per week, days/evening and every other weekend and holiday.

$21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
