We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Regency Retirement Village of Huntsville. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule facility staff at levels determined by the DON/Administrator
- Prepare and maintain records of all shift schedules and communicate clearly to staff
- Understand State requirements and forecasting
- Perform functions of a charge nurse as required
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards residents
- Assist in the evacuation of residents
- Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Must have attended an accredited LPN program
- Must be currently licensed/registered in Alabama
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
