About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Dispatcher where you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of heavy equipment, including cranes, trucks, and trailers. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all equipment is properly assigned and dispatched to meet customer demands.

Your main goal will be to ensure that all equipment is delivered safely and efficiently, meeting our company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of heavy equipment, including cranes, trucks, and trailers
  • Work closely with operations team to assign equipment and dispatch to meet customer demands
  • Ensure all equipment is delivered safely and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, and operators to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Document all movements and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Able to travel
  • Familiarity with Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
