Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • Three years of nursing experience; community health, hospice, or medical/surgical experience preferred
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license with insured vehicle
