Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with specialized services, such as mortgage and wealth management.
  • Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby and drive-up.
  • Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
  • Recognize potential fraud and other risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
  • Support community and bank events, promoting a positive brand image.
Requirements
  • Prior banking experience required; banker or deposit operations experience preferred.
  • High School Degree or GED.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
