Job Title: Concrete Craftsman

Job Summary:

The Concrete Craftsman position is a specialized role that requires attention to detail, quality, consistency, and safety in the designated specialty. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Northern Kentucky, Central Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Greater Louisville area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform work to the standards established for the Concrete Carpentry trade.
• Read and interpret plans, schematics, and drawings to ensure accurate execution.
• Effectively and safely use the right trade tools for the projects assigned.
• Utilize tools and research required by trade to accomplish quality and timely work assignments.
• Continuously investigate methods and means to improve the cost effectiveness and quality of work within the trade.
• Provide guidance to unskilled labor to ensure safety and professional project completion.
• Analyze projects by working closely with the Foreman in identifying potential issues that may arise prior to quoting and at project take-off.
• Work closely with other trades where projects require simultaneous and overlapping trade work.
• Perform all work according to safety standards and promote safety on all job sites.

Requirements:

• AS in Construction Trade or equivalent trade certification from an accredited program preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on trade experience in flatwork.
