About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Rocky Mountain Yeti Afton. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in building long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Discovery
    • Develop a deep understanding of customers' adventures and preferences through meaningful conversations and active listening.
    • Identify opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services that meet their needs.
  • Product Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by Rocky Mountain Yeti Afton.
    • Develop a strong knowledge of the features and benefits of our products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and follow-up communication.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Training and Development
    • Participate in paid training programs to develop skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and product expertise.

Requirements

  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous Sales Experience
    • Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
