Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure and equipment.

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
  • Calibrate and repair sensors, gauges, and control devices.
  • Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs and related systems.
  • Modify and update PLC software as needed for operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Complete work orders and maintenance logs in a timely manner.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance, with specific experience in HVAC, forklift maintenance, electrical systems, I&E, and PLC.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) preferred.
