Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in unit-based committees and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Current RN licensure in the State of South Carolina or Compact State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of recent RN experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
- Advanced certification in critical care nursing (CCRN) or a related field.
- Experience with electronic health records and other healthcare technologies.
