Valeo is driving innovation in automotive electrification, autonomous driving, and connectivity. We're looking for a talented Quality & Process Engineer to join our team.
About the Role- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of the Quality System, ensuring alignment with Valeo's Quality Management system and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Organize quality system audits according to the audit schedule and support readiness for ISO, IATF, VDA, and customer certification audits.
- Perform internal audits to detect discrepancies versus standards, prepare the Quality System Management review, and provide deployment status to management staff.
- Train personnel on process audits and certify them as assistant Product Quality Assurance (PQA) auditors, while ensuring Internal Procedure/Policy compliance with customer and industry requirements.
- Implement Plant industrial plans, prepare engineering investments, and assess/receive process stations.
- Responsible for stations' process development schedules in line with CLEAN, improving TRP of equipment to enhance performance.
- Propose and implement Continuous Improvement ideas, focusing on Cycle Time reduction of automated cells and bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality and process-related documentation, alert managers when standards are not met, and ensure lines have necessary equipment and spares to avoid downtime.
