CSBio is a prominent player in the biotech sector, specializing in peptide manufacturing and instrumentation. With over three decades of experience, we partner with leading academic and industry entities throughout the R&D, clinical, and commercialization phases of pharmaceutical therapeutics.
Internship Responsibilities
The internship will involve practical design and verification tasks, including:
- Creating and updating assembly BOMs, CAD drawings, models, and engineering documentation.
- Developing product design solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Enhancing product performance, quality, and regulatory compliance while minimizing costs.
- Generating detailed instrumentation drawings, including electrical and interface schematics.
- Writing test protocols, conducting experiments, and preparing reports to validate our instrumentation products.
- Collaborating with the manufacturing team on system builds and custom part fabrication.
- Engaging with suppliers regarding component specifications.
- Participating in quality control investigations and remediation efforts.
- Working alongside software development and electrical engineering teams.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Capability to maintain high-quality standards while working efficiently.
