Trademark Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trademark Paralegal to join our team at Norton Rose Fulbright. As a key member of our intellectual property practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our attorneys and clients in all aspects of trademark and copyright prosecution.
Key Responsibilities
• File and coordinate trademark and copyright applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office and foreign authorities
• Conduct research and maintain working knowledge of US and foreign trademark and copyright prosecution rules and procedures
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and foreign law firms regarding trademark and copyright prosecution
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with relevant parties and team
• Assist with maintaining electronic files and docketing relevant deadlines
• Review trademark watch notices and monitor deadlines
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trademark and copyright prosecution
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
