About the Role

Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and deliver occupational therapy services to patients of all ages, addressing impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
  • Communicate and document treatment results, including patients' progress toward established goals, in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team and serve as a resource person, participating in the orientation of new staff therapists, physicians, and other healthcare personnel.
  • Work within practice guidelines as defined by Oklahoma state law.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Oklahoma Occupational Therapy license
  • Active BLS certification
