Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Triage patients by checking vitals, performing blood draws, and administering injections as needed.
• Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in their conditions, and taking necessary action to ensure their well-being.
• Assist with lab testing and phlebotomy, maintaining accurate records and results.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate completion of patient charts and timely forwarding of records.
Requirements and Preferences:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a clinic setting, with a focus on Urgent Care.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, with a strong emphasis on education and training in medical assisting.
