The Automotive Lube Technician plays a crucial role in executing express lube services on various vehicles.

  • Communicates necessary repairs to the service advisor.

  • Ensures cleanliness of the vehicle, free from oil spills or fingerprints.
  • Verifies fluid levels before vehicle release to guarantee proper functioning.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction index at or above company standards.
  • Keeps a tidy, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Engages in mandatory training sessions.
  • Accurately logs hours worked in the company timekeeping system.
  • Adheres to safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Exemplifies the company’s core values.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid Texas Driver License is required.
