We are excited to offer this unique opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital. As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to work with patients who require ongoing care and specialized treatment to recover from various medical conditions.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include accurately performing patient assessments, identifying patient needs, and initiating appropriate nursing interventions. You will also be responsible for providing care that is tailored to the individual needs of each patient, taking into account their condition and age. In addition, you will perform timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record and contribute to the completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $145,000 per year, which includes a $15,000 commitment incentive bonus. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a PTO plan, 401(k) + match, insurance coverage, tuition assistance/reimbursement, and low nurse-to-patient ratios. Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess a graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and CPR/BCLS certification are also required. ACLS certification and CRRN are preferred. A minimum of six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting is desirable, as is excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
