About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RN Fellow to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Intermediate Medical Care Unit
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in area of specialty
